They are willing to help you out in any way they can. One thing I must say about 2cloud dedicated hosting is that they have excellent customer service. I've had my website with them for a number of years. It's solid as far as being up and running at all times. The Reliability has really gone up since the issues I reported, and one thing I appreciate is how transparient they are.

When I have a problem, 2cloud technicians get information which I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session. When you get that much space and bandwidth, it's worth it to have slightly less speed than other hosts.

Clients get tons of help, free billing software and reliable servers. We had one glitch when changing servers due to a non standard config that I asked for and they supplied both before and after the server change for no cost. I would never switch to another host, and I recommend anyone thinking about it to use 2Cloud VPS hosting!

I am glad to have ordered VPS at 2Cloud hosting provider. I have been using their service for about a year and they have been great. One time we had a problem and the customer support was bad, but we have had at least 3 other times where they have been helpful and spend significant time on the Skype to assist us. They also do backups every day, so they got back my files and my blog started to run again and available to my visitors in 10 minutes.

I can say that I have never had any problems with 2cloud dedicated server hosting, when I need an answer, they reply fast and have the answers. It was like the difference between night and day. For the last year, I believe that there was only one slowdown on hosting due to a DDOS attack on the server. This was promptly communicated to all the users and remedied.

Great support. Never had to wait more than 90 minutes for help. 2cloud uptime is great. Anytime I have a chat or dialog with them (now or during pre-sales chat) I feel like a person they respect. And that that is very important for me to feel that I as important for them as they are for me. As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with them!

Users get tons of help, free billing software and reliable servers. I've been with 2cloud provider for 8 months now. I'm on my computer at least 70 hours a week and their support is always logged in for chat support. I have only had one instance of downtime and it was for about minutes.
