😁 i've used quicknodes for just under 1 year and i'm very impressed with the service i've seen so far. their support quickly helped me move my files from my last host and i had my new site up and running better than ever in less than 1 hour. AA++ best host around!

😁 I have used Quicknodes for my webhosting web hosting for around 6 months now and I am very impressed so far. Whenever I am unable to understand what to do, the guys at Quicknodes absolutely provide the best customer service.
I don't know as much as I should about dot coms and hosting. And I am awful at explaining what I need. I love how patient they are and how they have the unique ability to explain how things work. A couple of months ago, my husband decided to use Wix for one of his sites and honestly, I was making a mess of things trying to set it up--pointing servers and such. This amazing young man at Quicknodes fixed everything.
So if you are looking for a new hosting provider, I highly recommend Quicknodes. A++

They said it's "DDOS protected" yet they can't manage to keep it up for a day. The server went down along with my site and the repercussions is that my content was lost on my wordpress blog. This wasn't my fault it was the hosts fault. Not to mention they aren't even on live support anymore and they take forever to answer your support ticket only to give you a snarky response. Possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever been with who can't even stay up.
I am thinking of moving hosts cause of this experience.

🗨 Hi Alex, I'm very sorry you're unhappy with our service and there's nothing I'd like better than to be able salvage this relationship and turn you into one of our many happy customers. Just to clarify on a few points you mentioned, the temporary server outage was due to a solid state drive failure on the server your website was running on. We noticed this within an hour and had a brand new replacement server online within another 2 hours. We were able to restore most of your content from a backup 5 hours prior to the event. It's also worth mentioning that we don't offer "Live Support" as we are an unmanaged hosting company. If something goes wrong you will need to open a ticket. The live chat feature is for sales related questions as our technical team don't use the system.

Yesterday, I worked with a guy, who explained the VPS over shared hosting, provided pricing, filled out the form my developer needed, and otherwise took care of me as if I were the only person submitting a support ticket.
