😠 I have reported several times to them a SPAM from IPs 104.149.145.16* but they have not replied/stopped the SPAM also i have used spamcop.net but they apparently requested not to receive SPAM reports from this site. So i rate this company bad, SPAM continue to be received from mentioned IPs.

😁 I usually don't write reviews because most providers offer similar services but i was surprised by Psychz Networks. I came across them while searching for 10gbps unmetered offers. I spent some time searching the forums and reading some reviews and decided to contact them. Spoke with Mayra and she answered most of my questions about the hardware and bandwidth and quoted a nice price. I am not sure how they do it but Psychz offers one of the best rates for 10 gbps plans. I don't think there is any other provider online who is able to match their pricing and support they offer with the service.
Ordering process was simple and server was delivered within few hours after ordering. Their dashboard offers the ability to reinstall OS, IPMI and even hardware based firewall. I am just impressed by their pricing and will continue to use them. If you are a startup with a tight budget, Psychz is a good solution.

😁 Hosting my Plesk license with multiple domains. Not for Novice hosts, but high performance for the price for experienced hosts, a GREAT DEAL. Support will not hand hold you through setup, but if you know what you are doing and have an issue, response time was minutes. Personally, I don't care what country a support person lives in as long as they can understand my problem, and quickly offer a solution. Found this was true at .psychz.net, even on low end servers.

Nicely priced dedicated servers. I went with them mainly because it comes with free ddos protection and the network is really stable for Asian users. Hopefully they will open a pop in Asia soon.

I heard about psychz on webhostingtalk and decided to give them a try since they were offering first month for free. I only needed 1u space and the whole setup was very easy. I showed up to their LA datacenter and dropped off my hardware. These guys did the initial install for me and I was up and running the same day. All my questions are answered very quickly and haven't faced any network or power issues.

😞 Response time is too damn slow, particularly on windows server
Can hardly get any windows admin to fix simple windos problem. They have only very few windows admin and works 8 hours a day. All other time you have to wait under the admin is back. This is ridiculous.
