😠 have been using them for over 10 years, early years were great, last 2 years have been most pathetic experience, seems like their technical team is being run by idiots now. The kids in technical support will mess up your websites and would take ages to reply to support tickets, with their usual response, no issue was found. Once they blocked my website due to high traffic, did no inform me, did not give me an option to upgrade and pay for higher resources, nothing. simply blocked my site during the peak season. lost upto 100k in revenue due to them. Other times files and folders would mysteriously get deleted on my clients sites every other month, the nexus support team kids would have no clue what happened and why. at times the websites would stop working for hours, next day their support will reply its working with snapshot claiming nothing ever happened.
needless to say i have shifted most of the sites to other hosts, and am in the process to move the remaining as well as soon as [read more...]

😉 I have good relationship with nexus. Everyone has his own reviews. But i have found them sincere. They are delivering best. I was on basic plans of hosting but they have given me alot of time on calls and tickets. They are quick in facilitating the clients. Now i have dedicated servers, One cloud server. Which are properly working. Machines are jsut machines. They require proper work. I have made wrong configurations and they have helped me for reinstallation for free for more than 3 times.

😠 Nexus Hosting - Bigest failure of this century
I wish i could give 0 rating. Worst hosting ever. I setup a Joomla website for one of my client. After some time client complained that the website is not accessible. I looked into the control panel and there was no source code in public_html folder. The folder was empty. I contacted support and they don't even know what's the support ticket is about and what to reply. They are like a bunch of idiot kids playing with the system they don't understand.
Don't go to nexus.pk website in order to find details about the company, This company can be summarised in 3 simple work:

😠 the worst cx service ever, please don't buy any domain especially .pk domains, they will tell u to register for domain, once ur registered they will ask u to pay extra 20 pounds to forward just a domain

we registered a domain skpvtltd.net with nexus but now wants to move with some other reliable company due to nexus pathetic servers which stay down half the time. Also support is 3rd class and do not even reply for days. I will suggest others to stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money and your important domains. Nexus did not provide us control panel and put hurdles due to now our domain has expired and still they are denying to provide control panel of the domain.

😠 nexus.net.pk is such a bad domain registrar i ever seen, they do not care how old someone is and how many sites/domains he has with them.
What they do with me:
I pay them in local office ( man was not there already waste my 2 hours because office is not establish here LHR). and after 20 min i generate ticket for changing my domain name even i make call.Man satisfied me ur domain will be changed. ( my another registrar is good i call them after one hour and last year they change my domain)
Next day, when i call them they says ur domain is registered and manager says, u do not call us .. after 10 min girl told me u call us but that was support man not in sale while i dialed sale no. Person whom i talked told me i am updating ur ticket but next day no ticket was updated, even he misguide me.
It was thier duty to handle the issue that why man tell lie and not update any ticket, now they are saying we can do nothing while they can request chargeback which they do not want to do
