Nadarayaneh Institute was established in Tehran in 1958, and like many organizations, the institute's pioneers began their work with a small, efficient group with the goal of revolutionizing Iran's communications industry. With perseverance and diligence, the institute paved the way for a new movement amid much unevenness in a country unfamiliar with the phenomenon. موسسه ندارایانه در سال ١٣٧٣ در تهران تاسیس گردید و مانند بسیاری از تشکیلات، پیشگامان موسسه کار خود را با یک گروه کوچک و کارآمد و با یک هدف آغاز کردند که انقلابی در صنعت ارتباطات ایران پدید آورد. این موسسه با پشتکار و همت والا راه را برای یک حرکت جدید در میان ناهمواریهای بسیار در کشوری که با این پدیده ناآشنا بود هموار کرد. فعالیتهای ندا رایانه در ایجاد و میزبانی بانکهای اطلاعاتی و با هدف جمع آوری و انتشار اطلاعات علمی، فرهنگی، فنی، اقتصادی، صنعتی و تحقیق در این زمینه ها آغاز گردید و فعالیتهای خود را در صنعت ارتباطات به شرح ذیل گسترش داد:
