😠 Bad experience
I kept having issues with this hosting, from slow response to phpmyadmin page not responding sometimes. But the most frustrating of them was that for some weird reason, their cpanel is not compatible with visual composer. I got frustrated and asked them to cancel my account and issue a refund. Their terms states that refunds can be issued for new customers within 7 days, however, they refused to refund me despite meeting all the conditions for refund. They quoted a clause on their terms that stated that refunds can be issued to my payment method (paystack). Meanwhile, all the payment methods available are included in this clause, which means there is no refund. Their policies are unfortunately fraudulent, does not in any way protect the customer and is only designed to serve them. I have used other hosting providers who have very good policies, they refund if you are not satisfied and this makes me always come back to them. Use hostnownow at your own risk. I do not recommend.

😠 Beware!! Do not use this hosting company.

How can you claim to be a hosting company that cannot keep your customers' website files safe or be reliable to restore the website, in the case of an issue.
Now I have to redevelop the website from scratch but definitely with another hosting company.

😠 Worst web host I have ever encountered. Server always down, frequent security issues and their reps will always make it sound as if it's all your fault when it's obvious they don't know what they're doing.

😞 Frankly, I am beyond disappointed. The live support team just keep delaying response. A hacker is on my site again after the website was taken down by the hosting company, yet no response from the agent. I have been locked out of cpanel but they keep talking about opening a support ticket which, by the way will not be answered promptly.
Someone convinced me to use this company and I had already done so and truthfully enjoyed their services until now. I am beyond frustrated because eventually, they will take my account offline and still make it look like it is my fault.
I am fully convinced that I will not be renewing my plan in December. So much for trusting a Nigerian based company. Godaddy wins it for me.

I have been into web development business for more than five years and i have used various hosting companies for hosting of my websites but i decided to give hostnownow a try and i have been using their services for more than a year now and i have never had a major issue, they have quick and responsive customer support service.

I had been having issues with their hosting due to frequent down times but it usually does not stay long, until my experience today
Can you imagine after their customer service rep told me, some time ago, that they are available till 12 mid night every day, I was impressed, not knowing it was a lie
My client called me to tell me their website was down by 7pm. Thinking I just needed to raise a ticket, to my surprise, after raising the ticket, no response.
I checked the other websites I was hosting with them, in case it was just this website that was down, but they were down as well.
I then tried their live chat, no one was online
I called their 2 numbers, they were off. A so called 24/7 service providers are switching off their phones
I then saw their Canada contact and called, it went to voice message.
I normally use foreign hosts but decided to patronize Naija company o. See the wahala I put myself in.
Please be warned!!!!!!

😁 I found out about HostNowNow through a friend. I was told I could get 3GB hard disk space and 6GB bandwidth for just N3000 and get a free .com.ng or .org.ng domain. I have really enjoyed their service. Their customer service is awesome and I wish them well
