Hope it will be interesting for you to share my experience about dealing with hostdone.com web host. I decided to transfer all my files to them after bad experience with my previous host. Now I am glad..
I have NEVER had such a high level of support from a company before. These guys bend over backwards and go out of their way to assits. The only reason I have contacted support is due to questions about setting things up, and I should say they were very fast and helpful, explained me every important thing I needed to know.
Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, very fast server, Great and known Cpanel with a load of features plus Free web site builder. Not to mentioned %20 off WaW....
I feel confident that my site is up and fast running at all times. this is also due to their stable servers, fast speed connectivity and good work of their staff.

😁 I have been using hostdone.com for a little more than 2 years, and found them to be a reliable host with great customer service.
Any problems I encountered or questions I had were answered or solved within less than 1 hour.
The uptime is excellent, and I did not experience any major downtime. Just a few minutes here and there, and the average uptime is more than 99.9%. (I make use of a remote 3rd party monitoring system to monitor uptime.)
The scripts of my sites make use of ASP asp.net etc. and for databases I use both the MSSQL and Msaccess and never had any problems or database downtime.
The prices of the hosting plans are just right.
The tech support is top notch and the 'live help' personnel have a good knowledge and understanding and strive to solve problems completely.
I am 100% satisfied with http://www.hostdone.com
