😠 Were good for a long time (15 years) but I simply wanted to add a domain mainly for email forwards and they royally screwed it up, somehow even making my existing sites disappear. Later found all the files were deleted, but was luckily able to restore them myself eventually. Spent literally hours on chat with rep who didn't know a thing about what they were doing or maybe could not speak ANY English. Had to repeat simple questions 5-6 times and still did not get answer. It seemed like they had scripted replies and then used them based on keywords or something. Horrible, horrible experience. STAY AWAY
