😠 Pathetic is a less severe word for Ctrl S server quality
We have been running our servers with Ctrl S but believe me we have never been satisfied with their services. No matter how much upgrade you do to your server configuration, it tends to go down every now and then which creates a long lasting negative image in our customers' eyes. Never ever ever go for this server provider.

My company is using Real Cloud VPS since last 8 months and you will be surprised since last one month there server stop working 10 times for 10 to 22 hours ...they are real fraud, they don't provide any cloud ..they have simple VPS and server are really pathetic...because of them i lost many clients...i can share many tickets to prove his diablities....kindly don't buy anything from CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, they charged huge and server are really ..............

😠 ctrls is the worst hosting company
Do not subscribe their services. It is one of the worst hosting companies to go with. They use substandard servers and third grade servers which frequently crashes.
Support team is pathetic and non- technical school dropouts who are quite casual
Downtime is 99.99
I would not recommend the same to anyone

😠 Worst Hosting Provider and Lowest support with no facilities
If you are Looking for CTRLS service , let me warn you in advance . This is the worst data center and you can never trust them . The reason is your server will work fine till you dont have a technical error . If some thing happens to your Server ( Technical Fault ) , You will not be entertained in any way . Their support staff is worst . Your support ticket remains unsolved for 20 days or more and Their is no way you can go to some senior employee and complain . Even you do , they will ask for a conference call with customer and blame the customer only .

In short , If you want to loose your IT Business , go with CTRLS .

If you have asked me how you felt CtrlS initially, then i could have said its just another hoster and i will stick with my Liquidweb / rackspace...

But today my websites are having a very good latency, good seo ranks and yes i am getting 24*7 quality support.

I somehow feel like they need to introduce online support chat to make our lifes easier...rather than phone calls and emails...

Overall am happy....
