😁 Best decision for my online store!
I have been using Bizzy Mama Hosting to host my new website for about two months now. This whole process was new to me, so when seeking a web host provider, I looked at what other big websites were using (namely a couple of top web designers I was looking into) - and both were using Bizzy Mama. After much research and price comparison, I chose Bizzy Mama and have been EXTREMELY impressed! Yes, there is a learning curve to getting set up and managing your website, but they provide tons of resources and guides, and are amazing at customer support! They respond quickly (even on weekends), take time to thoroughly answer any questions, and worked closely with me to resolve issues with the mobile version of my site as well as shopping cart setup. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers AND offers a great service/product. I simply cannot say enough good about Bizzy Mama! There are so many useful features available, and downtime has never been an issue.

😠 Choose a different host
I had a terrible time with this hosting site. It is not as easy to work as they claim. I went with a basic easy plan and it was a complete mess. They claim to be very helpful however they are not.

They claim to be easy for beginners who want to bring their at home business online, so not true. once you pay all the ridiculous fees they send you a mile long email that not only takes you to all this setup you have to do on their page but also like 3 other sites that you must learn to work because they are somehow vital to your website working! Then their 30 money back is completely false. if you read closer you only get some really small fee back if you don't like it not the full $50 plus you spend, so don't waist your time with this site!

When I was ready to start my own photography business, I knew I would choose Bizzy Mama. I've heard so many great things about them! So once I started working with them on my website...it was so great. I was totally clueless as to what I was supposed to do. They walked me through it with ease and were so nice about it! The cost is so very reasonable! The features included were impeccable and I've never experienced a downtime. Wonderful!!
