😠 Tengo registrado un dominio con ellos y es muy malo el servicio, no nos reportan cuando se finaliza el periodo pagado, nos dejan caer los dominios, el Housting se cae solo por lo menos cada 15 dias, los correos estan bloqueados con Yahoo y Hotmail, imposible que solucionen ese problema, en Bucaramanga dicen tener una oficina y solo hay un cuartico con una señora que no sabe nada del tema, solo lleva la contabilidad, no hay comunicacion, es como enviarle cartas a Papá NOel. !! Calificacion !!PESIMO!!

😠 Tengo varios dominios con ellos y simpre tengo elmismo problema a la hra de renovar, pago con una semana de anticipacion cada renovacion y me dena caer los dominios por un dia.

😃 Great support, they have gone to the point on helping us with our scripts even when that was not in their suppor policies.
A few times they had taken a little longer than usual to respond a ticket, but they alwas solve the problem, uptime is great their prices are fair, i can find cheaper but i prefer to stay with them since they had been in the market for 9 years.
They also innovate features fast such as a pagebuilder, new accountion system, and pretty sun x10 integration (i'm one of their beta testers).
Overall I sleep better knowing that my data and customers data is safe and in good hands

😁 I have about 30 sites with this company, after searching in Colombia I decided to move all my sites with the, they are very profesional and have even helped me with some programing errors we had in several scripts.
Their Up time is good, I only had 2 ocations in this 5 years that had had a major problem one was a hard disk that crashed, wich they replaced and mounted the backups, the other was some problem with the datacenter.
Price is fair, I know I can get cheaper hosting, but get a little scared moving my data to some new guy in a garage. My hosting plans are mostly 100Mb and a couple 1000Mb Plan.
Their Up time is good, I only had 2 ocations in this 5 years that had had a major problem one was a hard disk that crashed, wich they replaced and mounted the backups, the other was some problem with the datacenter.
