Our website hosting was migrated from CI Host to X7 Hosting late March. At first, we thought things were OK, but then we discovered none of our updates made to our website were being posted...ironically they appeared to be from our network??? When I called to complain, I was told had to load another program (FireFox) and resend our updates. Ater doing this, our secure order form wouldn't work. It appeared to be working for the customers, but the orders never came through. When I called after the weekend passed and asked where our orders were, they said they would open a ticket. Later I called again, they said it was resolved, but still no orders. I complained they problem was not resolved and asked for a supervisor. I was told to wait for one person who may be able to help me. He said they were now sending the orders to an email that hadn't been used in years (and couldn't be accessed). They would open another ticket to fix this. Another day goes by, I call again and was told the problem was fixed and ticket closed. However, still no orders are coming through. I call again and ask for the last person working on the problem, he said ticket shouldn't be closed and he is still working on it. He would call me back within the hour. The next day I call again and now, I am told the ticket is closed and he is busy. When I asked about my old orders and if they could re-send to the correct email, I was told no. It had been too long and they were gone. The woman, Annie, claims it is my problem caused by my Internet service provider and I need to contact them regarding my DHCP. I tried to explain my questions regarding the secure order form, and she would not listen. I then suggested I may have to contact my attorney, if they won't fix the problems, and she then hung up on me. I am still getting calls from customers saying they are placing orders, but they aren't coming to us????
