most unreliable hosting partner I ever had

I took a SSD VPS for secondary (4th) DNS... It worked fine for a while, it wasn't doing anything else but resolving DNS, and dns was resolving fine from it... Untill it was offline... I contacted support, they said it was up and running, when checking with VNC I noticed that it had crashed... The VPS said that I had to push the power button to start again... (Not really possible on a VPS, but their controlpanel allowed me to do so)..
But server would not boot anymore, and I could not fix it, vnc cannot connect in time to choose any boot option...

But then, support guy was really rude and even saying if I didn't have enough skills that I should find a sysadmin who does, while this is an issue that I could never resolve, with whatever external help I get... This is something that went wrong on the hosting end... the server was shutdown incorrectly, or the underlying disc has corrupted, or something of the like... but no, they were not responsible for that, I had to fix it myself... I asked if they could restore a backup, and they MIGHT have a backup but I had to pay for it... (not even sure what date the backup would be from, so not even sure if it would be from before the crash) Now I don't mind paying for a restore if I had done something stupid myself... but for a server that has a clearly crashed OS I would expect them to take responsibility and not just say that they are not system administrators and leave me with a crashed VPS... They even said I should check the logs... Now if someone knows how to check logs of a VPS that doesn't boot, he should tell me, and I give him some prize money... but offcourse that is not possible from my end... Perhaps wedos can see it if they mount the disk elsewhere (altough I don't know if it is easy to read event log off a disk that way, never had to do so) but again, they said I had to do it myself or find a more skilled person to do it for me!!! (I'm serious, not joking)
I am glad it is just my 4th DNS server, and I'm already searching for an alternative...
I went to them for their pricing and professional image, I don't need much, and I don't ever need support since I can manage windows myself... but if the VPS crashes like this my hands are tied since I have no full access and then support should take their responsibility... Which it clearly can't...

If you need a VPS that is reliable and don't want to get suprised when it suddenly crashes after 4 months then don't go here... I offer custom hosting from my own infrastructure and this kind of bullshit is not in my dictionary, so come talk with us: www.mastrosoft.com
(And we have quadruple redundant DNS even with IPv6 anycast so you don't have to worry about this glitch today)
