Dear Webhost4life,

I've been a customer with Webhost4life for 2yrs and recommend you to everyone. Mainly because of the great support I've received. I've expanded from one account to two and my business continues to grow. Thank you for the great service.. until about 6 months ago when the "Transition started".

Since that time webhost4life's excellent service has grown steadily worse. I've had more issues last month than in the previous 3 and more this month than the whole year combined. When I chat with support: Old support refers me to New and New support tells me I need to talk to Old.. It's ridiculous. There is often no warning that a site will be down. My customer calls wondering where their site is and I contact support to find out they are "testing" or some such.. How am I supposed to run a business like this?? Not only that but New support gives automated replies and has disconnected me twice -I believe- because they didn't speak English well enough to understand what I was asking.. This is not the level of service I've come to appreciate from WH4L.

It has caused me so much embarrassment with my clients that I may actually loose one or two of them!

I realize I am not a "big" account. I feel I have no choice, but to warn my associates away from webhost4life. Rest assured there will be posts, blogs, and tweets to that effect.

That is a copy of an email I just sent to webhost4lifes customer service.. now as I read below, yes I've experience many of the same problems. Though with some proding I was able to get them to recover emails and fix db issues. Yes, it's all since the migration started. Perhaps they'll pull it together once things settle down, but I don't think I can afford to wait around and find out.
