This company has been nothing but a headache for me. I originally bought the software from staples for a little over 80.00 dollars. I signed up online to start my website for the value hosting, printed a receipt for what was to be a charge of 139.90 only on my credit card, I find out that they charged my credit card 799.00. Now try getting a refund on this amount. It was practically like pulling teeth. I finally get my refund, after horrible customer service, for what was supposed to be a web hosting plan for 2 years from a online sitebuilder Box plan. I have lost my trust at this point in this company, but I have paid my fees and I decide to continue with the site. Instead of getting 2 years, I then lose a year for changing domain names, for which they charged me twice, no explanation was offered for this free charge for all on my credit card. They stated they would credit me and used it as part of domain renewal for two years and again I was not covered for two years, just one. I tried to continue with their service, however I put a hold on the hosting fees for a little while, when my domain name registration fee was due tried to make a payment, all the time asking if I would only be charged 19.95 for the year, you need to keep in mind that at this point I do not trust them, but they do not put the fee through, again due to rude customer service. I called the corporate office, talk about not getting anywhere here as well, a very rude receptionist answers the switchboard all the time. I then get the assistant to the CEO who promises me that I would have my issue resolved. Well I get a voicemail that states that I have been charged for a one year domain renewal, and find out that they charged my credit card for two.....go figure. I finally decided that after dealing with this company from 2006 to 2008 I had enough, I called to cancel my account and for a refund, the CEO's office does not respond, again the rude receptionist who is allowed to make whatever decisions about calls she wants, wow they must be paying her alot of money from the money they like to steal.... I get some other business office customer service rep and he tells me that i will see a refund in 5-7 business days. Boy I am still to see that refund, my account has been cancelled, by the way it was a catholic website..... I have called in vain, the receptionist at the CEO's office transfers me to a business office where you might as well go to the DMV and wait, they have faster service. Then as I try calling back to reach a person I am informed again by this receptionist that I will just have to keep calling and she will not answer. I called the main number again and waited and waited to be told that if I did not know the name of the person I spoke to, to cancel my account that I would not get a refund and that I would not get a refund anyways because they do not refund domain name renewals. Three times called and got nowhere. I am finished with this company, the FTC has been notified, I also have contacted my attorney general's office and I will be posting this all over the internet. They are the worst company ever and where in the world do they get their employees?
