Dear readers,
My review may reflect a bias and one sided. I wish you could try once their service and post the review back again to counter claim or extend my review further.
Vebnest is a cheap and affordable hosting company. I liked it a lot in term of cost.
They have excellent server infrastructure in The Planet and Soft layer.
They offer cpanel, plesk and VPS too. Which come with good price that your pocket can easily afford.
The caveat
They may have excellent infrastructure but thats not their own. If you don't know how to live with it, sometime it turned out to be just for namesake. Remember hostgator.com (the 4th best hosting company in the world) is also using theplanet, but they have good technical associates with common sense who know how to rip the best out of theplanet infra.
Vebnest has just excellent features, that their pricing. Rest the are horrible, so horrible that your business could go upside down.
Based on my observation, They have just one office in extremely volatile country Pakistan. They however claims, they own office in US , but make sure you call them in US office landlines and talk to them (just to make sure i am not bias here).
They own skype caller id but they never respond you, just try once. They refused to give landline number. In fact they blatantly refused to give support from phone. Try once.
They have bought low end server from the planet which cost around 180 to 200USD a month with WHM. A user who can afford at least 60 usd a month can go with Amazon Web Service (EC2 Instance) if its not affordable, they can opt hostgator, bluehost, godaddy. They are the best player and have physical location in US, moreover, they give you good support by phone at anytime you want. No matter which continent you live in.
If a few dollar is everything for you and you can bare all intolerable pains, than the vebnest is the best for you.
As I have learned, Cheap price always comes with low graded quality and mother of all headache. My latter statement may be bias to Vebnest staff (and I know they will post a next testimonial review on their own , mocking as a customer), I request readers to please try on their own. Subscribe their product for a month and watch their service as it goes.
They can maintain their service better. If they stop over reselling, live upto their words (if they live in pakistan, so what, we still will buy it if the service is good) , but as the days goes on, you will find they are not living upto their marks and the trust start to fade. The mother of all business rules is relationship. To maintain that, you have to be faithful, sincere and supportive.
Sorry vebenst, you can be better and you have plenty of time to do so. To remain competitive, you must change the way you are running your company.
