Underground Private got a negative review on and one official response on

Absolute worst host I have ever used. Any time something went wrong they blamed us. I decided to record a video and point out how flawed their logic was and nothing worked, our cpanel, or phpmyadmin. They decided it was best to completely wipe our account and ban our hosting.

We are sorry you feel like this, but please next time provide the full details of the story and not like the one you want to be shown. Before we start to write for this case first of all we want to tell you : UndergroundPrivate staff and it's clients not accepts any threat or blackmailing from anyone , in the past time multiple services tried to blackmail us without any luck.
For the story you have opened a ticket yesterday saying that your website is not working (it was a software problem) , the staff told you that there is no problem from the server side , you answered "We have checked from multiple locations as well nothing from our end" , after some time the staff has started to investigate your issue and successfully fixed your problem even it if it is not our job to do it , by the mean time you wrote multiple abuse words / threats / blackmailing how you will reviews us if we "blame" you for something. You used many other words and how we are useless and sent us some videos , in the many years on our work we have never ever seen someone writing this , after this posts you have automatically saw the exit doors for breaking the terms of service and your account is being permanently terminated.
We are sorry for someone who uses words like this , there are much more problems and clients are waiting politely to be fixed without threatening or abusing in this way , since we are useless now per your words y(and all others) you can go here and fine a provider which will be useful for you. Any other conversation with you for all our protection will be stopped and there is nothing left between you. We are sorry this ended up for you in this way but this was really brutal that we have never seen like this no where. All proofs will be posted here in the public so people can know the truth , thank you and we wish you to find a good provider per your needs and tolerate the actions you make.
You continue to provide fake information's without proper proofs because you think you can harm us in this way but unfortunately you won't do anything with this actions you made , you just made the things more worst than was it for yourself. The fake post you posted http://puu.sh/mHNDT.png and then you edited , by this way you thought you can blackmail us and get your service back even if you broke the terms of service, there is no single downtime on our shared hosting services. Next time with this behavior you are not going to win anything but only make more troubles for you.

3. This is the image http://i.imgur.com/YejVhik.png that you reported you domain was not working due your software issue and which even not was not our job to fix it but we did it for you, this is the image covered up due privacy reasons. http://i.imgur.com/rSEWYxn.png Even if your issues has been fixed and was not covered by our support since was coding we did this for you with free of costs , you did not see that was fixed and you had started breaking multiple times the terms of service.

You can continue posting fake posts but this is going to get against you sometime :) Not say we not told you , also we not think there is a provider that would tolerate such a behavior.
