Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, if anything goes wrong with the website it is a nightmare to sort out. I have been with them since 2004. Why am I still with them? Well it's the hassle of the downtime involved with moving our website to another host, but after yesterdays events we are going to definatley move. They have a habbit of messing with your website and not informing you, a certain arrogance. Our site got "phished" baisicly someone hacked into UKhost4U servers and set up a dummy URL under our domain and copied a banks enquiry form. Now instead of UKhost4U contacting us and letting us know, they took it upon themselves and removed pages from our site one being our quotation form! Now all our advertising and marketing directs people to our quotation form and this is how we generate business. So for the last 2 days we have had no enquiries hence no business. They were completely unhelpfull in fixing this problem, luckily our website design company stepped in and put the files back that they had wrongly removed. My advise is to not use UKhost4u, this is a major complaint about ukhost4u, they have cost us money and time!
