Domain renewal Ripoff, DNS change locked on cp
Hi, I noticed that renewal payments I made for domains are not reflected in the cp.
Two domain is down despite payments made and I still receive renewal reminders for the same domains I paid for.
My transaction Information are as follows:

for weeks now. The
Live Chat persons keep giving me all sorts of time frames, 72hrs,48hrs,... (I could go on and on) for weeks now.
I have an ultimatum to get gccng.com back up and running and to change the names servers for chess-tgroup.com to the following:
nserver 0: ns1.fastnext.com, ns2.fastnext.com.
I have already lost a number of clients to ucv's zero attitude. Help Desk never replies mails. The fraudsters on their chat window have adopted using long, long waits to frustrate you on chat.
