Worst service ever

UCVHost is one of the worst Internet services of any kind I have ever used.
I strongly advise against using their VPS services which have been a total disaster

Let me start from the beginning....

Within days of starting up a VPS service with them, I experience an outage which left my VPS inaccessible for over 8 hours with no support available in that time!

You can email their support all you like but the fact is no one responds for 24 hours!
The only way to get their attention is their LIVE chat system which are the most unprofessional team of people you will ever deal with.

They do not tell you what went wrong, they do no apologize or try to make amends.
They simply tell you “Its fixed now” and tell you “it won’t happen again sir”. That’s it!
You can't get anything more from them!?

Such as how it happened, why it happened, what measures or assurances they can offer.
Simply “It won’t happen again sir” is not good enough!!!

But guess what... it happened again... and again... and again.
In the first 2 weeks of having this VPS, I had 5 outages where the VPS was inaccessible for hours on end.
This cost me hundreds of dollars or loss with my Forex trading system. Totally not acceptable!

So then I complained.. and I complained enough so that the staff at UCV offered to give me a discount indefinitely.
They offered to reduce the cost of my service from $15 a month to $9.99, waiving the IP address ($3 )and OS rental fee ($3)..
Who the hell charges for an IP address anyway!!!
How do you expect to access a VPS if you have no IP address or Operating System!?
Why don’t they just say the price is $15.99 to start with instead of bullsh*t marketing their VPS at $9.99!!!

So they reduced the price for me to $9.99 just to shut me up because I was complaining like crazy and they wanted to avoid any penalties or legal action for the losses I incurred on their system which is supposedly 99.9% uptime.

But guess what? The outages still continued! I would get at least 1 outage every 2 weeks! It was so frustrating and ridiculous!
I complained yet again and they told me “Sir, the Virtuozzo service you have is not stable, you need to upgrade to Hyper-V VPS”

What the...? If your Virtuozzo platform is so unstable, why offer it at all?!!!
After enough complaining I convinced them to upgrade my Virtuozzo to Hyper-V free of charge.
Finally I thought... I had a stable VPS solution that will give me virtually 100% uptime... so they say.

In the coming weeks I got an email from them telling all their users that ALL Virtuozzo now have the free option to upgrade top Hyper-V.
Oh lord... Their Virtuozzo was so bad that they had no choice but to upgrade EVERYONE to Hyper V. I was NOT surprised.

But was their Hyper-V solution much better!? Not on your life!
Every 2 weeks I was still experiencing outages! It was ridiculous! Their Hyper V still gave me outages of more than 10 hours at a time where I could not access my VPS.
Again their explanation was they had to reboot their system or some other vague response. Their chat support people are HOPELESS!

Now here is the kick in the pants. I continued to get emails from UCVhost telling me that I could upgrade to Hyper-V for free as part of their APRIL SPECIAL.
Now... could it actually be I was still on Virtuozzo and their staff lied to me? Could that explain all the outages I was still experiencing?
When I renewed my VPS service for another 3 months I noticed it said in the payment schedule: Virtuozzo Lite - $9.99 per month.

I paid and renewed for 3 months at $29.97, but I thought I would contact Chat Support again to ask if I “REALLY” was on Hyper-V.

A few hours later I noticed that my next payment was $15.99 again and my Plan said Hyper-V Lite. The bastards now are charging me the $3 for OS and $3 for IP address again after our agreement that it would be waivered! After moaning and complaining about it for weeks no one would budge or assist! I just kept being told that is their standard pricing.
I KNOW ITS THE STANDARD PRICING... BUT I AM NOT GETTING STANDARD SERVICE ! Which is why I had the price reduced to compensate me for my loss.
They are MAKING ME PAY more for a service which they had offered me a discount on ? So basically there was no longer a discount any more!!

Thinking that they had actually moved me on to Hyper-V for real this time... surprise surprise... I continued to get outages every few weeks!
I had another one just the other day where the VPS was unavailable to me from 4am all the way till 2pm AEST. This is atrocious service!! How do these people even exisit!?

This was the final straw! I demanded to speak to a Manager.
After chatting to 5 different chat agents - John, Sophia and a few others.. NONE of them would give me the contact number of a manager. They kept telling me to email support@ucvhost.com
What DO they think I have been doing all this time!? I emailed that address so many times that I now realise it just goes to the same bunch of incompetent staff who couldn’t care less about your issues.

They suggested I tried calling the phone numbers on the Contact section of their webpage.

Guess what? The Buffalo USA number is busy 24/7 .. Probably a fake phone number
The India office phone numbers go to a dead line and no longer in service.
WHAT Sort of company gives FAKE phone numbers in their contact details? Ridiculous!

They also gave me an email address: vishwa@ucvhost.com who is apparently the manager.
NO REPLIES whatsoever! Seems like the Chat Support staff are shielding their manager from me.
Seems like the only people you can deal with are the stupid Chat Support staff.

I got serious and I really gave it to the chat staff. I DEMANDED that they have a manager call me on my phone. They keep telling me a manager will call when they get in.
I have now talked to 5 Chat support people and emailed vishwa@ucvhost.com the same number of times. Each time I am told someone will call me within an hour..

Guess what it’s been 5 days since and no one has bothered to call. If I email again they will simply reply with “Sir, what is the issue you are facing”
The issue is I wish to make a formal complaint and speak to a manager. Why don’t they get that. These bunch of degenerates really make me fume...

The only reason I am still bothering with them is that their ping times to my Forex Broker are about the best you can get.
Too bad there is NO customer service what so ever. They don’t respect nor care able your issues.
So should you use UCVhost? I say run away, run FAR away!
the review put on 14 august is false. Our ex employee aditya chandra is posting these reviews on various sites using different names and the same text. the same review has been put with the name of Len on different sites on different dates. Also he has changed some text then posted with the name of halfmad.


Aditya Chandra is a ghetto scammer and anyone who deals with him and publishes his content is equally liable

This only proves the authenticity of the comments.

The owners of this site please remove our brand from your site as we do not wish to list ourselves on your website. And continuing to post them here would amount to defamation and penalty. You will hold the sole responsibility of putting these reviews against us and a legal action will be taken in case these are not removed asap.
