UCV HOST IS A NIGHTMARE
I reported two issues, first one (changing of nameservers) took 1 week! Second one (asking for authorisation codes) is now on Day 9. Total of 16days of constantly contacting helpdesk to get my issues resolved. Apparently for the last two weeks they have been having a domain api issue however every techician i talk to promises i will get my issue resolved in 12 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours etc. I cannot stay any longer and would just like my authorisation codes. If ucv host are reading this my Ticket ID: EFE-377257. I have waited 9 days to get my authorisation codes. I would not recommend this host to anyone. How can you have a problem with the basic functionality of your website. Its like gmail having a problem with mail and not announcing on their homepage. Thats exactly what UCV host is doing. So they let you pay up then realize you can't do anything at all. That 'control panel' not working at all. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! DO NOT ATTEMPT, otherwise you will be like me, I am now trying to come up with new domain names since I can't even leave ucvhost because they won't give me my authorisation codes!!!
