I would highly recommend this hosting for newbies!
As a newbie to the hosting world I can just tell you that this company has been SO helpful. I genuinely have had the best experience every time I have reached out for help.
From walking me through the transfer of my domain to their hosting site - the representative even looked something up in the other company's procedures to help me. Ultimately I ended up not being able to transfer yet - but they were still willing to answer questions so that when the time came I had no questions about the process.
In addition, I have opened 4 support tickets since opening - due to my lack of knowledge, and they have completed the maintenance free of cost and with amazing ticket support. I can review the ticket, see who is working on it, and interact with them. All of my issues have been dealt with immediately.
Finally, I love the access to knowledge and the experience with their representatives. NO wait time, knowledgeable staff, and I feel like they really value the ability to teach me how to help myself for future issues! They don't just fix it and send me on my way unless I ask them to. :-)
