Silicon House is very Worst Hosting Company. I have a Very Bad Experience with Siliconhouse.net.
I took Their Reseller Super Plan for Rs.9999 Per Annum. But After Ordering They took 2 Days time to Activate My Reseller Hosting Package.
Even They are Very Poor in Support. If you Make a Support Ticket They Will Reply you After 1 Day. Really Siliconhouse.net Sucks.
Even They Don't Provide Everything Whatever They Promise. They Written in Their Website that They Will Give Free 75 SSL Certificate, But They Don't Provide me a Single one, Even For Selling Also.
The Most Important Thing is They Don't Have any Money Back Guarantee. That Means If you are Not Satisfied with them, you can't Get Back your Money. So Think Thrice to go for Silicon House.
I asked them for Money Back on 20th Day, But They Simply Refuse. I thought i will Stay with Them at least 1year, Otherwise i will Loose Rupees 9999. But How can i stay with Them, Technically They are Very Poor, No Proper Support, Average Features, Poor Customer Relationship.
Only the Price is Some what Affordable. But Price is Not a Matter. If you Don't Get Quality and Reliability then what you will do with Affordable Price? So i Quit Them After 2 Months.
