After some very bad experiences (e.g., HostOnce!) I finally found a host that does what it says on the tin!
Fast and friendly support, lots of features (PHP, Perl, Ruby, Python, MySQL, PHPBB, Coppermine etc.) and a nice Magazine Blog and Wiki for those who need more info and tips! Your domain name is free for life as long as you stay with them and you can host as many sites as you want in their generous webspace! Price is good (£4.50/month as long as you pay 14 months in advance; about £74 inc VAT). My site has never been down (unless I missed it!) and whilst the Control Panel isn't exciting to look at, it does everything you need!

Having found out lots of bad hosts, it is refreshing to find one that seems to care about its customers!
I am not saying there are never any problems, but when there are, they get sorted fast, AND you get an apology! What a novel concept!
There are things I would like more of and a few niggles here and there, but despite that, they are the easily the best host I have ever used (and I have used a few!) and I would recommend them to anyone!
If you are tearing your hair out with your host, give them a try, you'll be glad you did!
