No money back fraud

They don't accept refund even if you cancel with in 30 days.
I started using semoweb May 1st.
I cancelled at May 3rd

Here are 2 support tickets to show their fraud..

For vps we do not provide refunds, As for the shared hosting its only granted if requested within 30 days and it was not.

Here is one of my orders. You have to refund to me as long as you are honest.

Our cancellations are done automatically, whether it be before or after 30 days.

Our money back within 30 days only applies if requested within that time frame.

I will be more than glad to add account credit all though we would not even typically do this since it was not requested within the 30 days please get back to us.

I requested to refund on May 25th.
You didn't show that refund needs application.Refund should be usually automatically. I will complain to PayPal and send this communication to them. And I will post this communication to blog or Google group relating to your service. This communication will be public.

If you open a dispute we will refuse to work with you, I already offered to add account credit.
All refund request for shared hosting or reseller hosting must be requested via ticket within 30 days.
