This company is an utter shamble and well in my honest opinion you are best to avoid this company at all costs as there is no customer services so to speak only 2 people there nick book and robert holbrook who are useless to say the least tuhey feed you excuse after excuse after excuse
their services are a scam totally there is more downtime than uptime
they blatantly rip you off take your money and give nothing in return and the owner is a brainless person who does nothing to keep customers happy
is never around to sort out legit matters with customers
this company should be shut down end of story as a child of 5 could do a better job than these so called people do thats for sure
and furthermore the company does not actually trade in the uk which is a definite scam their telephone details are non existent
they have no morals whatsoever and id never deal with this rip off merchants with a 100ft bargepole
and trying to get them to stick to the contract is a utter nightmare
and dont try getting your money back as all they do is threaten to send debt collectors to you after they terminate your account
they try make it look like they are the victims when in fact its the customers who are the victims not santrex
i took a media hosting plan from them biggesat mistake mad was down more time than up the morons at customer services namely nick book and robert holbrook
are in fact the same person namely th so called owner who is a bleeding rip off merchant and it is time someone done something about this company they are beyond contempt and laws protecting consumers or so they think idiots is how i would describe santrex
their servers are all supposedly back up and running bullocks they're ripping people off all over the world and id like meet them personally id teach them not to rip me off of my hard earned money thats for sure
