Quonix promised delivering cable Tv for our needs. We were told that we have to wait 30 days. After 30 days we were informed that they can't bring the cable in to the building after all. We had a major setback because of this. John refused to ship our equipment back unless we provide labels.
I am very sorry that the public has to read remarks that are so misrepresented. Critical Mention, who made the above review, is acting extremely spiteful and going out of their way to slander us by posting reviews on multiple sites. Critical Mention requires datacenter colocation with TV access in major markets. When they first contacted us, we said that we did not have CATV but could try to get it. Everything I told Critical Mention was based on feedback I got from Comcast, and in the end Comcast was unable to get CATV into our building. Thats it, end of story. Critical Mention is unhappy because they had to pay to ship their equipment back. First off, I have no idea why they shipped all their equipment to us before we had confirmed installation of the CATV service. I told them to wait, but they insisted on shipping everything to us. This is synonymous to shipping furniture to a house you plan on buying before you actually buy the house. They simply jumped the gun. I then had to store all their gear at NO CHARGE in the datacenter for over a month. I am not going to spend $200 to ship back 200 pounds of servers because they didn't use common sense. I also think its inappropriate for Critical Mention to make comments like this given the amount of work we put in on their behalf. We had to coordinate multiple meetings with Comcast engineers, site visits, our building electrician had to come out to access entrance conduit, we had to have multiple conversations with building landlord. Hours upon hours of leg work to try and satisfy Critical Mention. All the while, Critical Mention did not to have to pay us one dime, we did all of this leg work at no charge. In the end, Comcast refused to enter the building due to high entrance cost and minimal projected revenue and Quonix has no control over that. It is extremely immature for Critical Mention to through us under the bus in this scenario. Ironically, Critical Mention's internal staff communication is so messed up that they think we currently provide them with service right now! Every few months we get calls from their Tech Support saying their server is down, to which we respond: "You're not a customer of ours!"
