The up-time is great.
The Cpanel interface is on par with the best out there.
The speed of the delivery is just fine.
BUT, the service is by-far the worst I have ever experienced!
They don't publish any phone numbers, and only handle service across E-mail. Their responses have been slow, and often don't answer the questions I posed to them. Three different times, they have canceled accounts I have through them due to not paying my bill. However, I have never received a bill, a notice or even a phone call. They just silently pulled my account out from under me.
During a time when my account was hacked, they just suspended my account, without any notice. I could just no longer log on to even c-panel to fix the problem. The communication between tech support and me was HORRIBLE!! It took multiple e-mails just to find out what happened. I would ask questions, and was responded with one sentence responses, with no solutions or information! Especially infuriating was they wouldn't even answer my questions. Each response was signed by a first name only, and each response came from a different name. I was so mad!
Lots of companies out there have the same technical features, but it's the service that counts when you need it. Technical problems occur with all hosting providers, and it's in those times that service really needs to step it up and communicate with their clients. This company just does not do this. It's been a horrible experience, and I am currently looking for a new company.
