They deleted one of my resellers accounts without backup or any, and suspended my account, because i complained about, jejeje, I paid my service and cannot deserve that???.
I terminated the account one day before expiration day, by them rules and they want me pay another month, also off course I did not, Well the put my account in colletion, very bad collectors, great equipment, but very bad costumer service. I will be away from that company
This review is very puzzling, and since you did not leave a name or email address, I don't know who you are. I did look at all overdue invoices and looked at all attached tickets, and could not find anything related to the issue you describe.

Since you claim someone removed a reseller of yours, this could only mean one of two things.
1. You had a master reseller account
2.You were on dedicated services

We have not seen a master reseller cancel in well over a year. So I would have to assume you were on a dedicated service.

In any case, we would never remove someones account, unless you canceled your service or you had an abuse issue open that you never replied to. This just would not happen.

As far as due dates and overdue invoices, if by chance you were in a shared server (reseller) we do have a 2 day notification policy, however we will normally waive this if contacted in a reasonable amount of time. If we are never contacted, we have no idea what your intentions are until you actually cancel, or your account is in arrears, and then your account would remain on server for at least 60 days.

If you use a servers resources then by all rights you should pay for it. We have to.

If you had a dedicated service, we do require a 7 day notice, but again we will work with clients, depending on the circumstances. Once a dedicated service goes overdue, then that month is due and payable, as we must pay our upstream providers whether you pay or not.

If you don't communicate with us, we can not help. And I assure you our staff will help with whatever they can, if you explain the issue. Please open a ticket to the customer service or sales department, so we can take a look at your claim. If we don't hear from you I will have to assume this is the same person posting the other similar reviews.
