The worst support I have seen in 35 years

This is an outrageous bad hosting company, who are incompetent and so arrogant that they do not believe they need to provide any level of support.
Talking to support is like talking to a sullen teen-ager, who is sulking because they have been caught out and refuse to co-operate.
In the 35 years (yes, really 35 years), I have been in the computer business, I have never been treated so badly.
I pay a fair amount of money for 5 sites with static IP addresses, which I pay for.
They made a mistake, and they "migrated" my site.
Not only did they not tell me they were doing that, but they then decided to change my FTP password, copy the wrong website to my area, AND change the IP address. They did not tell me.
I got hundreds of calls from clients asking if we had gone bust, as Pick A Web were displaying a website from nailtools.com
I contacted them. The first guy was surprisingly frank, and told me they had migrated the server badly, apologised and said he would get it fixed within the hour.
I then used my cpanel to actually work out what had happened, and put in a temporary fix by redirecting my URL to another website.
1 hour 30mins later, with my business still offline and showing nail products, I contacted them again.
To be told "it's fixed" - you fixed it by changing the DNS.
No matter what I said, they believe hat changing the IP address I paid for, with no notice, and no information when I first rang up is ok. My business being down for many many hours they don't care about, and its fine what they did, and the change of password they could not possibly have done.
When I asked how to escalate it and get stuff fixed properly, their reply was "email support" and that as far as they re concerned its fixed because I changed my DNS.
SO, y website still shows nailtools.com until my DNS changes propagate, they don't care two hoots that I seem to be sharing an IP address with another client, or that they copied that's clients file onto my site, or that I have no FTP access.
So, the just now ignore me. The last response of childish, appalling support, Ignore the client and blame them
