I have been Pacific Host for about 18 months now, and I only have good things to say about them. I love their live chat support which is available 24/7 and their frontline support usually get you the help needed right there and then. If they can’t, only then am I forwarded to their ticket response system, which is also by far faster than my previous hosts. So no wasted time for me and no long wait in their queue for their techs to contact me. Their email coordination is fast and efficient. I have experienced a decent amount of uptime compared to other hosting companies I have used in the past which is a big plus point for me as I host a video server with high amounts of traffic moving daily. Honestly speaking, in the last 6 months Pacific Host has been more reliable then my past previous hosting companies I have used for years. Too bad I didn’t hear of them sooner, or they would have definitely had all my business.
The second thing that caught my eye about Pacific Host is their prices. Their rates are way lower than their competitors, yet their service is way higher. Now this is what I call a great packaged deal. Their prices are cost effective and their packages offered seem to be well thought up. This company surely knows what it is doing. I was originally attracted by their rates, I thought to give them a shot and see how good their product was. I was shocked at the outcome because I got great service and great prices, you just cannot go wrong with Pacific Host. Pacific Host, hats off to you guys. Keep providing the services you are, and you will reach the number 1 spot in no time.
