Ok if you value your money , avoid PacificHost.

They have absolutely no ideas how to run a business and the service they provide is a lie, they will not supply you the service they advertised, your website is going to run into major problem and they are not professionals.

-Customer services non existents, phone lines 40 min wait, ticket 1-2 day before you receive a reply
-24 Hours after my server was set up, website ran for 3 hours, then was offline for the rest of the day, they had servers outage on their hand constantly.
-they have oversold their shared servers , they unable to cope yet keep signing up new clients to those same servers.
-They boast 99% uptime, totally untrue their servers constantly struggles to cope and there is severe downtime
-They do not offer unlimited bandwidth , that is a total lie to drag you to sign with them, read the terms and condtions.
-High load time for your site, MYSQL errors the list goes on with the problem they have with their servers

Do not be suckered in by the marketing promises. If you recognize the dangers of bad hosting, these guys will be the a primary example.
Upon requesting a immediate refund they tried to blackmail me , telling me i had no right to open a buyer dispute, so i contacted Google checkout and made a complaint, and they made further threats by stating they will damage my credit record by using a debt company against me.

This company is absolutely Rogue and i recommend anyone with common sense to avoid them, if my experience does not convince you enough not to touch them , do not be surprised when you have a website or server that does not functions.
This customer is irate over the fact he had software issues on his account that took a while for our support team to resolve. We attempted to work with the client but from the start he assumed we were blaming him for the problems and immediately started to attack our team and service. We corrected the client's issue within 24 hours even though it was nothing to do with our shared servers and was a script issue as client incorrectly installed the software.

We are very fair and offer refunds to clients who properly cancel their account. When this client requested cancellation of their account we gave them the link to fill out our cancel request form but the client immediately filed a chargeback and refused to fill out the form. Even after the client performed the chargeback he still demanded a refund but we cannot refund a transaction if there is a customer chargeback on the transaction. We then advised the client that since they performed a chargeback on false pretenses claiming the transaction was unauthorized we will be sending his account to a collection agency.
