payment for a bill is used for other bill without notification
Paid a bill for SSL certificate for a site. After about 3 weeks still no SSL certificate. Put in a ticket asking. After a few weeks received a reply (7 July 2011):

But guess what still no SSL as of today (1 Aug 2011) and was told that the payment for SSL has been used to pay other bill that was due in July. Is this even legal?? Can they just assign payment to whichever bill they want? We paid the SSL in June, another bill comes up in July and they decide to use that payment for this bill?
