terrible company avoid dealing with them, i raised a ticket and yet to get a reply after chasing for near on 2 weeks and they closed the ticket without any update and without notifing me.

if this is how they treat their potential customers, how will they treat their actual customers.

thanks for the 50offcode is this for the first month? or rolling and when trying to use it says that the promotion has expired.
I have a few queries in regards to your TOS
1stfile size is limited to 50mb.
for the server i am renting is it not down to my disgression what file sizes i will be holding for the disk space i am renting?
the company i run, we deal with alot of clients and we develop quiet a few systems and would be looking to host these source files and repos on your servers this includescustom firmware for barcode scanners and printers ranging from 2mb to 64mb, in zip and exe formats.
custom developed linux pos os's in iso format.
tomcat will be installed on the server along with virtualization software as there will be 4 mini servers running again i have custom developed os's for these and for build and restore purposes iso files will be used.
another thing we will be hosting is a selection of tutorial videos on how to setup our pos/scanner/web interfaces these videos range from 5minutes to 1hour long and we would look to be streaming these would this breach your TOS?

you sound like a great reliable company but the proof is in the pudding, i am looking for reliable stable server hosting and without a test server or a test period i am abit concerned about you 7day money back garantee could this be extended to 30days for me to get a months testing of reliability and performance testing to decide if your servers can handle what we are providing.

if in the future we need more cpu power as we could get quiet resource intensive as we look to promote our product more once we have the right hosting, how easily would you be able to scale to 8/10 cores or would we have to migrate to a dedicated setup?

what type of connection supports the servers 10/100/1000mbit dedicated? half duplexed?
5thsecurity
what security measures does your data centre have? can anyone access the servers at any time or is there biometrics/keycard entry systems with video streams?

if at somepoint we become infected with malware(from php shell to python scripts) we will do our best to prevent this however in the worst case scenario, would this involve immediate suspention of the vps? or if you noticied anything we didnt would you notify us before suspending the account? again this comes back to our reliabilty question.

i saw an advert that you were offering first month free using code FREEVPS2015 however this code doesnt seem to work, would it be possible to arrange for access to a test box or for a 1month free trial to test latency, uptime, IO, network speed and stress testing over a period of time on your services before i invest into you.

Where can i find your TOS and SLA agreements?
