Use to provide great web hosting, but recently they decided to get rid of their best "Spam Preventing" software resulting in over 1500 junk E-Mails to ever E-Mail account on my domain. I was able to call customer support and was told to use G-Mail instead of my Domain since Google E-Mail has excellent Spam prevention (stupid solution considering I'm paying them for these tools). When my site came up for renewal I requested a transfer to another hosting sight, NoMonthlyFees allowed my site to expire with the registar after providing a bogus E-Mail Address to the registar locking my domain from being transfered anywhere since the ENOM registar will only use the E-Mail Address attached to the Domain Registar. I tried to call No Monthly Fees and quickly found out they no longer have telephone support, so I tried their online support only to be tied up in over a week of frustation with no solution and only one E-Mail from No Monthly Fees telling me to contact ENOM. ENOM has been trying to communicate with NoMonthlyFees to get the problem resolved, but No Monthly Fees isn't communicating with ENOM!
