nexus.net.pk is such a bad domain registrar i ever seen, they do not care how old someone is and how many sites/domains he has with them.
What they do with me:
I pay them in local office ( man was not there already waste my 2 hours because office is not establish here LHR). and after 20 min i generate ticket for changing my domain name even i make call.Man satisfied me ur domain will be changed. ( my another registrar is good i call them after one hour and last year they change my domain)
Next day, when i call them they says ur domain is registered and manager says, u do not call us .. after 10 min girl told me u call us but that was support man not in sale while i dialed sale no. Person whom i talked told me i am updating ur ticket but next day no ticket was updated, even he misguide me.
It was thier duty to handle the issue that why man tell lie and not update any ticket, now they are saying we can do nothing while they can request chargeback which they do not want to do as it will cost them half cost of domain, so nicely manager says its my mistake that i do not know man name whom i talked … haha and now do not attend call. Yesterday he will and then they will say time pass.
One domain cost is not big but they just break my trust on them, in may 2009 i request them register my 5 domains with one who will expire after 2 days but that time they have lame excuses.
No i will put 200$ for transfering domains while my domains are newly renew or register.
