A company changing for a good purpose – Manashosting
Has anyone heard about manashosting.I'm an old customer of this company.When I took 2GB package from them I faced terrible problems like getting the control panel details itself was so tedious and technical problem remained unsolved for many days after making hundreds of calls ,mails everything.Result was getting frustated finally.Then I decided to discontinue their service.Next I decided to take the package from other free webhosting.You know what they did simply ruined the customers.Worst than manashosting.Simply taking money and doing nothing although they tell its free hosting.I was in a dilemma to decide which company to choose.Then I got a call from Manashosting again telling some survey to all its customers.Then the support person told me about its unlimited space package for windows.I just thought what this unlimited space package is all about.Seemed very interesting and price is same what I paid before.Though its support was not good previously I choose the same company's service I felt now its changed totally.Their support person spoke very politely and explained me clearly all details of the package.Its service is improved .Now the activation is done instantly without any delay.I was surprised to see the change .There is a drastic change now in manashosting.Great technical support because this time they helped me a lot .I raised a ticket for my login problem and it was solved within 24 hrs.I'm so happy to see this change. I decided to take the package again.Now they are taking care about their customers and their problems.They call back to customers to get the status whether the customer is satisfied or facing any problem.Seeing the rate by which they are changing and trying to give good service I feel they will certainly grow to a great height
