Hello everybody,
I had problems with my previous hosting providers would not name it, there was problem with setup of openvpn and reliabilty was not good. Then after reading in some forum about lvpshosting , they had great offer and the features were amazing with managed support free of charge. this is what get me excited about them. i signup for 5 months and i saw that they are more willing to support customers and provide support for anything we wish. I was setting up Openvpn and after having some problems , i went to my whmcs loggged in and then posted a ticket, got a reply within seconds (amazing) then they said they will do all for me . once they setup , i had few problems for not getting the internet but openvpn server was UP. then some time of finding the core problem they gave me an email within 1 hour saying that they have sorted it . This was like very nice way to approch customer and give him all details what happened and way like this it will satisfy more customers. i was at the end very satisfied and i recommend them anytime. these guys are security professionals, they know what they are doing and server uptime is like 100%. they have their own VPS control panel. they are not dependent on any 3rd party software , they code their own vps and sort any matters in seconds.
