For two years hosting with Lonex (about 130 sites), no problems. In recent months, several problems with downtime for both email servers and (it appears) the machine hosting a number of websites.
The real issue has been customer service - unfailingly polite, but apparently trained to tell you that it's your fault, not theirs. Recently I've been referred to FAQs a couple of times that had nothing whatsoever in the way of explanations of the problem. The -additionally - the front line people have started saying that there is no one above them to talk to in order to have questions or problems explained where they haven't provided answers.
Uptime wasn't a problem a couple of years ago - it sure is now. Customer Support once upon a time was polite and complete - lately it's gotten attitudinal enough that I am wondering if they're having a enough problems with servers these days that their good humor is gone. At any rate, I am moving my sites off of their company as fast as I can and will not renew my Enterprise Level package with them.
