Well we are a non profit organisation and have been ripped off by Leapswitch. We wanted to migrate from one server (Cpanel) to Leapswitch. They agreed to do all of the transfer and even had several emails from the CEO Ishan Talathi who promised us the transfer would be handled by them. That was on the 18th August, by the 26th we'd given up.
The VPS we ordered was hardly populated. Straight away we found ourselves installing basic things like ImageMagic, GD, compression and basically all the expected installed software on an Apache. Considering this was a managed server we found ourselves doing a stunning amount of self support because the support team mostly sent back canned responses and when they did respond it was obvious that they really didn't know what they were talking about.
Even though we had the plan for a month we never managed to get our 21 domains transferred and in the end their tech support sent us a message saying that they had given up!
God knows what they did with the DNS as the named servers were resolving to a completely different domain and we could only use the account through the IP address.
So if you want to waste your money then these are the guys to go to.

The plan that we lost our money on was MVPS-3
This is a completely fake review. The same was posted on a forum and in a PayPal dispute. The forum deleted the thread and PayPal canceled the dispute.

We do handle transfers for new and existing clients. cPanel to cPanel transfer via WHM is a one click job. But, this client's old VPS did not allow login via SSH. The transfer failed and this was relayed to the client. Our tech support gave him other options for transfer (create a backup of each account in cPanel and then transfer and restore each backup manually). The client's old VPS did not create backups , the backup files generated were 13bytes in size. We relayed this to the client and he said -
(Tristan is our tech)
>Hi Tristan… you can see why I’m migrating… nothing seems to work very well on the old host.
>Leave this with me for a short while and I’ll see if I can get a secure backup and then update you with the location of that back-up

Steffan gave us a location of another backup file , which did not exist. Then he gave us a URL which gave 403 forbidden error when we tried to access it.

After this , Steffan's last response was -
>Hi I need port 21 access to the new VPS so that I can FTP the saved tar account over to the new server. The >problem is That when I try to ftp the back-up file across I’m denied file transfer after say 6kb. I guess this is a >restriction of the type and size of files rather than port. Unless the filewall on the server is blocking FlashPXF

The tech opened the required ports and responded saying that necessary changes have been made. The ticket was not responded to , by Steffan, so it was automatically closed after 48 hours (and an automated notification was sent about ticket closure.). We assumed he was able to transfer via FlashPXF as he had not said anything otherwise. Our techs NEVER gave up on the transfer.

His other allegations -

Managed VPS are setup with cPanel , some security software and Apache/PHP are upgraded to latest stable versions. GD, Imagemagick etc are not required by all websites, so they are installed on demand. They were installed within hours of request. Our techs knew exactly what they were doing. If anyone reading this review has tried WHM , he/she will know how easy it is to install GD via EasyApache.

>Even though we had the plan for a month we never managed to get our 21 domains transferred and in the end their >tech support sent us a message saying that they had given up!

None of our technicians ever sent a reply saying they had given up. They kept giving him more options for the transfer till he stopped responding.

>God knows what they did with the DNS as the named servers were resolving to a completely different domain and we >could only use the account through the IP address.

He never opened a ticket or talked to live chat regarding this issue. Clear instructions and tutorial videos are given to all clients who setup private nameservers.
