I am a new customer with KVCHosting and I'm loving it.
Before making a choise about buying sth I always do a research to make sure I'm getting the best deal, so I visited many sites which gather all the hosting services and they compare them one by one. I visited HUNDREDS of different hosting providers and when I got to this company I was blown away. First of all their prices are from a different planet. I don't know how they manage to keep their prices so low. I got myself a VPS with 1GB of ram for 20 bucks a month! If you do a little research on how much other providers are offering 1GB RAM VPS you will be amazed with the huge difference. And that's not all. They are offering great bandwith and the CPanel is included! Most providers throw a good price in your face (which is till no better that KVC) and then they inform you that the CPanel is like 30 bucks extra a month or you have to purchase a two year plan or sth like that. What I like about this company is that there are no hidden details. What you see, is what you get.
And then it's their support. I thought that if they are offering so low prices then I shouldn't expect too much concerning their support right? Not exactly... These people will sit down with you and solve ANY problem you have in a matter of minutes. They will do anything you ask of them. Normally with a support like that you would expect some kind of charging, but that's not the case here. They will do everything for you for free. Everytime I want sth concerning my virtual server I know that it's already done BEFORE I even contact them. They only thing they CAN'T do is the grocery shopping for you But I'm sure they will start working on that too once they read my feedback
I am very happy that I found this company and I don't know why I didn't stumble on it right away. With services like these it should look like a "swan around ugly-ducks"
But then again good things are hard to find...
