What is wrong with Kowloon Hosting

I have my website hosted with this Co for a year now & this is the 2nd major problem. The websote was going slow & when I che led with them they said the server was full & they would migtate my site no problem. They did it over the weekend and now qe can't access the site or email & customers are complaining. Despite repeated requests to their support email I am still waiting for a reply. Appalling customer and technical service. l
This is totally untrue. Client has zero understanding of how websites or hosting works, yet instead of hiring someone with basic IT knowledge only messes things around and just blame the hosting company for things beyond their control.

First the initial server was not full as there are still many clients with the sites on the server running just fine. This is a blatant lie and I don't know where this comes from. Per their own request their account was migrated to a new server since they were not happy with the first one. They did not understand that nameservers needed to be updated and it took over 2 weeks just to get that done. At the same time they were complaining about the new server although the domain was still pointing to the old one! Once they got through that, they were getting constantly blocked by the server firewall at their office due using the wrong credentials for emails as well as settings from old server. Then the owner left for a trip leaving it to some secretary who had zero understanding of how to set up a basic email account in Outlook.

A DNS check will show that this client has been going from host to host this shows the issue is at their end not the hosts. This client has cost us much more in time than the amount he spent for the hosting. They had issues with their Joomla template with the web designer as clueless as the customer, and we had worked hours for free on this to get their site working properly although this was much beyond the scope of our web hosting services. Thank you Sir for the review but you certainly won't be missed.

As for any prospective customer that might come to see this, please do a reverse dns check on our company to find the hundreds of happy customers in Hong Kong, China, Japan and beyond who are hosting their websites on our servers in Hong Kong.
