JUST STAY AWAY FROM JUST HOST , I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM FOR SIMPLE ISSUES, ZERO PHONE SUPPORT WAITING FOR HOURS ON THE PHONE , LATELY I HAVE PURCHASED A DOMAIN NAME AND 2 DAYS LATER THEY STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION , I HAD TO EMAIL AT LEAST 10 TIMES THE BILLING EMAIL ADDRESS, I CHATTED AT LEAST 15 TIMES AND STILL THE ISSUE OF THE PURCHASED DOMAIN WAS NOT RESOLVED , I FINALLY GOT A CONFIRMATION THROUGH THE CHAT OPTION NOT THE EMAIL OPTION THAT MY SITE WAS FINALLY READY , ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY SENT THE CONFIRMATION TO A WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS IN UK , I LIVE IN CANADA , GO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT, SO I LOST TIME , MONEY AND THE ISSUES IS STILL NOT RESOLVED , EVERY TIME I EMAIL THEM , THEY ARE ASKING ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION , I DID EXPLAINED AT LEAST 15 TIMES BETWEEN THE CHAT AND THE EMAIL EXCHANGES , HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU EXPLAIN THAT YOU PURCHASED A DOMAIN WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER THROUGH A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION AND STILL DID NOT GET YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND SETUP INFORMATION , THEY BRAG THAT IT TAKES ABOUT 1 HOUR OR SO TO GET UP AND RUNNING AFTER THE PURCHASE , IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS AND STILL THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED. NOW A DECENT COMPANY WOULD DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE EVEN GIVING A 1 YEAR FREE HOSTING FOR THE TROUBLE THIS CAUSED TO THEIR VALUABLE CLIENTS BUT NO , THEY KEEP ASKING ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION .

AND THAT IS ONLY ONE ISSUE I EXPLAINED HERE THERE ARE FEW OTHERS BUT I DON'T THINK I NEED TO GO FURTHER.
