Jixhost is one of the worst ever
I bought a reseller hosting only to found out that this host has the worst php configuration and limitations
Check out these few php configuration
max_execution_time: 30 (most modules in drupal won't work)
max_input_time:30
ini_set: off (Bad for joomla, drupal and wordpress)
memory_limit: 72M (should be around 128MB)
upload_filesize: 8M
safe_mode: on (This is the worst mistake a web host can make)
Safe mode is not supported in the next release of php and all web hosts are advised to turn it off as of 3yrs ago.
Even the poorest of free web hosting company has better php configuration than this.
If you are planing to host any php script, please stay away from jixhost. They won't support popular scripts like joomla, magento, drupal and even wordpress. If you manage to install them, gradually your site will start to throw errors on your face and crashes eventually.
The support takes up to 48 hours to answer tickets. I wish I had listened to what others said. No money back for resellers so be ware.
