Hai,
I have use for 3 years and their service keeping suck and more suck.The are not support most of script which include phplinkdirectory.Because their claim too munch heavy sql querry.Their have very funny and stupid technical support department.Their will block and suspend you first before you get notice.For example,their will suspend your first and then send you email about the notice of suspend.Anyone idiot people know after you get suspend and how you can read the email that hosted at ixwebhosting?
The true about ixwebhosting technical support.
Their live chat is using at least 15 minute- 1 hours to respond and ticket is using more than 20 hours to respond.How about calling their free toll?You also need wait around at least 10 minutes.
Unlimited Space and Bandwidth?
You don't have unlimited space actually.Ixwebhosting Server always don't have space for you.
Recover Backup
I get hacked by February 2009.I try to ask their to recover my files at Sunday.Their success recover 5% of total files.Then,their said to me their not able to recover the file because their are delete the backup.
Limited Resource.
Your database always will get overload.Their support light and very simple SQL query only.
Blocks and Suspended
If you get suspend,your will lost all your data.Think twice before use IX Webhosting as your hardwork for your website will be gone.
