Could I have a one person point of contact?

Could I have a one person point of contact? instead of having to repeat the same problem over and over, every time I call Tech Support? kind of like a "personal tech support" like IXwebhosting?
Price? = competitive; Customer support= very good, professional, patience, but delivers poor results. I want to stay with ipage. but I am beginning to believe I should have switched to some other web hosting Co.
When there are trouble tickets outstanding for six days.... and I don't hear anything from Ipage... it really makes me wonder if I made the right choice switching to Ipage. When I purchase a service that is sold by a couple clicks... and you get an error message… that is not good service. When you call to report that error message and you don’t hear anything back… you tell me what a reasonable person is supposed to think? The thought would be “theft of services” you charged my credit card but still have not provided the service you advertised. So, for right now I am just going to leave it here…
