Infrenion touts its relationship with Bitmoov. I originally purchased shared hosting with them to obtain a bitmoov license. Despite representations on their website that Bitmoov is available for $100 annual license with shared hosting, I was told after I ordered that I must get VPS service to obtain a Bitmoov license. So ... I cancelled my shared license order and ordered their Silver VPS service. I then ordered a Bitmoov license with the understanding that it would be installed within 24 hours. Two weeks later ... still no Bitmoov. They finally refunded my Bitmoov license fee of $300 saying that they are severing their relationship with Bitmoov but have refused to refund my VPS fee of $329 saying it is non refundable under the terms of service. These people engage in deceptive practices. They still display their bitmoov sales page online to this day despite their representation that they have severed their relationship. Their VPS service is overpriced and underpowered. I would have never ordered a thing from them other than to obtain Bitmoov, which they can not produce.
