Nightmarish experience with IDC
On 5 Feb, IDC disappeared without trace for three days, including the home page. Even thnic, who register the .TH domains, couldn't find them, so in desperation I transferred my domain elsewhere. On 7 Feb, IDC re-surfaced with a restrained apology, but had the cheek to criticise the torrent of abuse it had received on facebook (which I don't use). That page was taken down after a day and the facebook messages deleted. Then I tried to reclaim the redundant 358 days of my annual fee which I had just paid before the outage. No chance! My attempts earned me hostile responses... and no refund!
IDC provides no phone numbers, no office address, and invoices are payable into a personal bank account. That probably tells you all you need to know.

In regards to your refund, I don't know of any hosting that refunds after 2 years of hosting, maybe they exist, but I am not aware of any. After 2 years of hosting we don't offer refunds.
And although we didn't have to, we still offered you a free months hosting or a months refund, you declined.
Yes your website had an issue which was resolved within 24 hours, that would make it 1 day not 3. But 3 days makes sense because you changed your DNS and it took 48 hours for your DNS to propagate which means it could be unreachable and is out of our control. You can search the web for the biggest providers, websites do go down at times, and sometimes they can be down for days, yours was under 24 hours.
Our FaceBook page is where it has always been.
A question that is on our minds is: If we were such a nightmare as you claim then why did you host with us for multiple years and renew your account?
You gave the control panel a 2 1/2 stars, we used cpanel the best control panel in the industry.
That should tell others all they need to know about your review.
