Decent Host, Decent Prices, Decent Support!
I Have been with HostUpon for over 3 years, the service i have received has been good, their technicians are always online and whenever something goes wrong they are there to help, i have not tried their telephone support as i live in the UK and it is a US number but they answer very quickly to support tickets, normally within 15 minutes and their live chat is online 4 times out of 5 and the staff on live chat are very helpful and they actually use their common sense unlike other hosts. The price is very reasonable and the quality of the service is good too, i am not on a oversold server because i get hardly any downtime, in total i would say i have had no more than 3 hours downtime in total over the past 3 years which i can remember, the control panel is cPanel which in my opinion is the easiest to use to i give them a 10/10 for that.
