Hostopia is excellent quality white label hosting
We have approximately 150 websites hosted with Hostopia and have been with them since they opened their doors about 15 years ago.
They service is rock solid and reliable. It has the important features, but is somewhat locked down to guarantee security and uptime. Their system is distributed with separate database servers, mail servers, and http servers.
They have good tech support. Their uptime is outstanding. (we've been down for more than 5 minutes once in 15 years.)
They are not glamorous, but if you want trouble free hosting for your customers, Hostopia will provide it and has a long track record to prove it.
They are more expensive than the many budget hosts out there, but those hosts don't have the long track record to back up their claims.
Many of our customers are hedge funds and they expect reliability. Hostopia isn't perfect, but we've stuck with them because we've never found anyone that could match their reliability. On several occasions over the years we've bought hosting services elsewhere for special product offerings and have always abandoned them because the support and reliability of the service provider has never been up to what we get with Hostopia.
